Welcome to Aditya Tutorials Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, educational services, digital platforms, communication channels, and messaging services including WhatsApp Official API and RCS messaging.

By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or communicating with us through WhatsApp, RCS, email, or any other digital medium, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • “Platform” refers to our website, learning systems, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, email, and related tools.
  • “Content” means all text, videos, notes, graphics, recordings, and materials provided by Aditya Tutorials Academy.
  • “Third-Party Services” include Meta (WhatsApp), Google, telecom operators, and payment gateways.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to comply with them fully
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

4. Description of Services

  • Student communication via WhatsApp & RCS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

Providing false information regarding eligibility is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Registration

All fees are subject to applicable Indian taxes.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

  • Subscriptions may be time-bound or course-specific
  • We may terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or policy violations
  • Users may discontinue services as per communicated terms

No refunds will be provided for partially used services.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Aditya Tutorials Academy uses WhatsApp Official Business API and RCS messaging for:

  • Class updates
  • Fee reminders
  • Academic notifications
  • Support communication

Messages are sent only to users who have opted in as per Meta and RCS policies.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

  • Message delivery depends on network providers and Meta systems
  • We do not guarantee real-time delivery
  • Users can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us

All messaging follows Meta Business Messaging Policy.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content belongs exclusively to Aditya Tutorials Academy.
Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Commercially exploit

without prior written consent.

13. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of:

  • Student information
  • Academic performance data
  • Communication records

Except where disclosure is required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

  • Exam success
  • Error-free services
